Tresseme Keratin Infusing shampoo &Conditioner

A year ago I decided to give a try to Kerasys Salon Care Voluming Ampoule with the Smooth & Silky Conditioner from Tresemme. I have used exactly for 2 months. Gifted with a very thick(volume hair) and wavy texture. I have always changing my hair style and hair colors due to that my hair have gone a slightly lesser then before, I decided to give a try for  a volume shampoo and I was looking forward for Tresemme brand but couldn't find it that is why I just grab Kerasys!

My experience as usual whenever u change to new a shampoo it won't show you on the spot, to me I realize it after 1 months I use it. The volume of my hair increase and that is just too much ! It is not the just nice volume that you want to have it on your hair. My hair looks so big! but the Smooth & Silky Conditioner from Tresemme treats my color hair and the split ends. My hair looks healthy but BIGGG! I don't regret using it but I keep continue because if I don't use, its going to be a waste :). After all it is not bad, its actually works but just not meant for me. I am very sure for those girls who have thin hair this  Kerasys Salon Care would definitely makes their hair lots of thicker.

Still I couldn't finish the 600ml  Kerasys Salon Care I end up giving that to my mum and I decided to give a try to Tresseme Keratin Infusing shampoo &Conditioner. I have used this since 6 months now! My hair was dead brittle dry due to coloring and chemical when I started using this  Keratin shampoo my hair texture started changing, it was so defined and so soft just at the very first time i use it! The smell is nice and not anything overbearing with my hair feelings bouncy, shiny and new. 

What is Keratin?

Keratin is a protein that occurs naturally in the body, not only in hair, but also in skin and nails. Made by cells called keratinocytes, it is made up of amino acids. The exact level of these amino acids is what makes the substance hard, as in an animal hoof, or soft and pliable, as in hair.

Keratin shampoo is a hair care product designed to strengthen hair as it cleans. Manufacturers say that it tames frizz and makes hair less prone to breakage. Those in the hair care industry are divided about whether it is truly effective, acknowledging that, if it does work, results might take time. It is supposed to work for most hair types but is promoted heavily for those with curly or frizzy locks.

Remember that Keratin treatment isn't for everyday usage. If you use it everyday or every other day it may make your hair brittle (which will cause breakage). Try to wash and condition your hair no earlier than 3 weeks from initial usages (this goes for any keratin or kertain infused treatment & is based off your own hair texture). If you have sensitive scalp consult with a professional, they may recommend a different brand. However,  a sensitive scalp may get away with using the conditioner only. Keep in mind that a keratin treatment is for straighten and/or loosening curls; excessive usage is the same as over processing hair with dye, relaxers, perms, etc. Keep another shampoo and conditioner handy for your normal routine.

I absolutely love this product. It's extremely hard to find shampoo that makes my hair soft but not oily and this shampoo does exactly that. Also when I straighten my hair it makes it super soft and silky.  I have caught my friends using it! Anyone who has experienced frizzy, wavy hair knows that brushing you hair frequently is a NO-NO. Thanks to Tresemme and please never stop making this awesome product! Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles Concealer + Treatment

Hey girls I am going to share with you all my current favorite drugstore concealer from Maybelline "INSTANT AGE REWIND ERASER DARK CIRCLES CONCEALER + TREATMENT " This is one of my current holy-grail concealer!

Packaging

I have used this since 3 months now and I'm so in love with it! In fact I regret why didn't I get this earlier. I don't have very bad dark circles but I find this brightens up my under eye area well.  It comes in a plastic tube and sponge applicator on it to makes application so simple and means the product needs less blending.  You need to scroll the red part every time you need to use it. Personally I don't mind the packaging except the sponge that I have issues with, I agree that the sponge makes the application so simple but it is not hygienic. I really hope they could come up with a better packaging.

The color range could definitely be an issue for very pale or dark skin tones as it only comes in two shades - adding one much lighter shade and a few darker would definitely be a good idea. I actually asked my brother to get it from Australia since I couldn't find this in Pakistan so I don't know how much he got it for but as I can see on Ebay it is almost 13$. I have got both shades, I am using the Light one for highlighting and Medium for my under-eye. I apply it using my damp real techniques sponge and sometime I coat it with powder or just leave it like that for more dewy look. I am not sure if this really treats my dark circle as I said I don't have very bad dark circles but I am very sure this is a very good daily wear concealer since it is thin and light consistency. I only used thick or heavy coverage consistency when I used to work as flight attendants or go for photo shoot,otherwise I don't use heavy concealer :)

Pros:
- decent price range
- lightweight formula
- doesn't break me out
- shades lean towards yellow undertones (with the exception of Brightener)

Cons:
- sponge applicator tip seems unhygienic after use
- limited shade range

Medora lip colour Review & Swatches

Hello girls, Today I want to share with you all about a brand call Medora of London from Pakistan. It is a local cosmetic brand in Pakistan.As a Malaysian I absolutely didn't know about this brand until I came to Pakistan, living here currently I would like to try some of their local cosmetics brand with many who ask me to try this one, and there are other brands as well that i need to try that provide better products and packaging.

I have bought these thirteen lipsticks from Medora on online website from Lahore i will provide the link below.First lets start with their packaging. It is obvious that from the packaging it looks low cost. On the box it is only printed "Medora of London" and their address where they made from.There is no ingredients mention except "With Vitamin E & Aloe Vera"over there. Since there is no ingredients mention i have swatch it on my hand and waited for 24 hours. I find there is no reaction to it and I believe nothing goes wrong because many people who use this lipstick that I know recommended me to try it, that means this is absolutely safe to use.I suggest for those who  are going to try this lipstick and own a sensitive skin please do try swatch it first on your hand or arms before you apply on your lips. At the bottom of the box they have this round sticker that mention the code and name of the lipstick.The lipstick come in a blue tube with the silver line on the cap and the bottom of the tube for the Semi Matte. For the Matte Lipstick it is in grey tube with a golden line and the same sticker at the bottom of the box is at the bottom of the lipstick.

Now let's see the swatches :)

How gorgeous are the colors at one swipe, this is so unpredictable.The packaging looks really low cost (cheap) but not the pigmentation of the lipstick, its super gorgeous. First impression i really love it and they easily glide on my lips.Those in white font colors are in Matte and black in Semi Matte.As you can see  in the pictures there are not much differences, both look the same. When i apply on my lips both texture are the same but after 30 minute i realize that for the "matte" it goes slightly dry which is just nice for the matte finishing. For the semi matte it is so hydrating. Unfortunately if you dont let the lipstick stay on your lips for sometime without drinking or eating the lipstick wont last longer. When i tried it for the first time,i didnt wait for the lipstick to sit for sometime and drank, but the second time i applied i waited for almost 1 hour till i reach at the wedding which is today :) the lipstick lasted more longer even after i ate.

Overall,I would rate this as 5/5 for the pigmentation and price & 3/5 for the lasting.I personally loves those type of lipstick that last longer something like "NYX soft matte lip Cream" but still I already loves Medora for their price are just so affordable, one lipstick is equal to  1$ (RM4.50). What do you expect from such a cheap price lipstick with a gorgeous pigmentation.I would use this for daily wear or office and i would definitely purchase it again. Benefits of Lemon (Beauty)

Hello girls I have been so in love with lemon since I was a teenager, I am going to share with you all today some tips that I use and apply on my self just using LEMON!

Lemon juice is loaded with healthy vitamins so it is useful as both a food and as a home remedy for many disorders. What is less well known is that lemon juice also has many benefits when applied directly to the skin. Let's check it out those benefits!

1) Weight Loss

● Ingredients

lemon juice half
warm water

There are many health benefits of lemons that have been known for centuries. The two biggest are lemons’ strong antibacterial, antiviral, and immune-boosting powers and their use as a weight loss aid because lemon juice is a digestive aid and liver cleanser. Warm lemon water in the morning helps kickstart the digestion process for the day.
Just mix this two ingredients without sugar and drink it every morning and night.

● Ingredients

lemon juice half
green tea one cup

Green tea contains compounds that can help boost your metabolism and aid in weight loss.
Drink this at least 3 to 4 cup a day without sugar and see maintain it at least for three months and you will see how much water weight that you loss ;)

● Ingredients

lemon juice half
apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
warm water

Make sure choose vinegar the one with mother in it for example BRAGG brand vinegar works well for weight loss especially. Mix all of the ingredients and drink it in the morning.

● Ingredients

lemon juice half
psyllium husk one spoon
warm water

Drink this every morning or before every each meal. Psyllium husk is a great fiber supplement
Psyllium husk swells up to 10 to 20 times its original size when mixed with water. By filling up your stomach it reduces the amount of hunger that you feel and thus aids in your weight loss.

If taken before a meal, it creates a feeling of fullness or at least reduces the amount of hunger that you feel, which results in you eating less (thus the weight loss). It is recommended that you take psyllium husk about 20 to 30 minutes prior to your meal, and drink lots of water. This will give the psyllium some time to travel to your stomach and expand.

2) Teeth whitener

● Ingredients

lemon juice 1 tsp
baking soda tea spoon
(mix and use like a toothpaste and brush your teeth twice a week)

3) Skin  brightener/ bleaching

● Ingredients

lemon juice half
turmeric
rose water
(make a paste and apply like a mask)

4) Body &face scrub (lip)

● Ingredients

full lemon
1 cup sugar
half cup coconut oil ( any oil that you prefer)
essential oil 2 to 3 drop (optional)
(store in room temperature it can last one week or more)

5) Nail strengthener

Ingredients

1tbsp lemon juice
2 to spoon olive oil
(apply it with cotton on your nail)

6) Hair lightener

Ingredients

3/4 lemon juice in a spray bottle
2 to spoon of almond oil ( any oil that you prefer)
(shake the spray bottle before use spray at desire area and stay under the sun don't forget to use sunscreen ;)

7) Heals light scars/ acne

This is not a panacea and acne will not disappear immediately. But as a measure to treat the problem it is quite a serious weapon!
All you need to do rub the lemon on your scars everyday till it fade. It works for me :)

Finally, we all know that lemon are good for health and beauty, but we cant just depends on lemon 100 percent to loss weight. Come on guys we know that diet is very important in our daily life, so the most important to fixed first our daily diet, and do not forget to exercise! ;)

DIY Hair treatment

What causes Dry hair?? There is no single cause of dry hair. Rather, a variety of factors can lead to dry hair, including environmental conditions, hair care habits, and your physical health.

I'm gonna share with you guys today how I got rid of dry & dull hair. My first Diy and the most favorite is a vinegar! Yes it's vinegar. I know this might sound gross but believe me this works like a magic. All you guys need to do is pour half cup of vinegar and half cup water mix it. pour it evenly into your hair and massage your scalp. Bear it in mind that it will stink ;) but once your hair are dry the smell would be gone too. Leave it for 15min then wash it through and follow by conditioner. Pour the vinegar into your hair after shampoo. Then dry your hair as you wish the best for your hair. You can see the magic right there once your hair is dry. Vinegar treats your scalp and give the shine to your dull hair and remove all the chemical in your hair as well. I use this Vinegar Diy twice a week.

My next hair treatment Diy is Mayonnaise! Mayonnaise is made with an oil base and it makes hair shine. What I normally do is I divide my hair into two section I start from my right from one inch below the roots to ends of my hair and massage it well, same goes to my left hair part and cover it with shower cap or towel for 15 to 30 min. Try to avoid your scalp. Wash it with normal shampoo and you can follow with conditioner if you wish so.

Last but not least is Honey! I love honey! It has so much of benefits I will share with you guys more but let's talk about how I use honey for my hair. First Diy from honey what I do every time I wash my hair I mix some honey in my conditioner and massage my hair and comb through and leave it for 10 to 15 min and wash through. I use this after shampoo ! I love this because sometimes I don't have enough time to give a proper hair treatment for my hair so this is fast hair treatments works well for hair. It gives nourishment towards your hair and manage the ends of your hair! Second Diy from honey, I use this once a week before I wash my hair . All you need half cup of coconut milk, three spoon of honey and quarter cup of olive oil or almond oil. Mix all this and pour through your hair massage it around 10 min cover with shower cap. Leave it for 30 min before shampoo your hair.

Why want to spend so much when there is always a better way to maintains your beauty at low cost in healthy way that too with natural item just from your kitchen.
